FOUNDATION ASSOCIATIONS
The Heinz Trox Foundation is a non-profit organization subject to state supervision in North Rhine-Westphalia. It holds 94% of the shares in TROX SE, making it the company’s main shareholder. The foundation’s mission, established by Heinz Trox in 1991, is to promote scientific research on the wellbeing of people in indoor environments, as well as support social and cultural initiatives.
